Goes without saying, but Perry is in serious trouble.

At the Fox News debate, I thought he sound smarter than when he was in 2012.  But then I realize, he just basically recite lines for lines of what he said in the New Hampshire forum.  Hmm, his strategy of picking a fight with Trump didn't seem to give him any gain.

Perry now down to one paid staffer in Iowa.  And both of the co-chairs of his Iowa operation have defected to other candidates: One to Rick Santorum, and the other to Donald Trump:

At this point Rick Santorum's campaign is as disastrous as Perry's is.

He'll probably stay for the CNN debate and just see if a miracle happens. He's guranteed a place at the kids table.

Perry continues to pay one staffer in Iowa and one in South Carolina:

He needs to keep that up for at least the next couple of weeks, in order to qualify for the CNN debate.

Perry says he’s not dropping out because “a broken clock is right once a day”:

http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/presidential-races/252715-perry-on-trumps-call-to-drop-out-a-broken-clock-is-right

He seems to be unfamiliar with AM and PM.

Perhaps he switched to a 24-hour digital clock, along with wearing glasses?

I think it's time we all reckoned with the question posed in this article:

LOL. This is actually worse than the late stages of his 2012 campaign.

It would be amazing to watch somebody drop out before another candidate (Biden) even gets in.

It's not that amazing.  It happens all the time.  E.g., in 2007, Gilmore and Tommy Thompson dropped out before Fred Thompson entered the race.

The irony is that Gilmore dropped out saying his late start made it hard. And now is running the biggest joke campaign.

Well huh, makes you feel almost sorry for the man. He truly does show his compassion for his country but I don't think he's got the fire of a base anymore like during his hot month in 2012. He's definitely had a lot of time in executive office though. Best of luck wherever you end RICK.
