Something that might become an issue - does the phrase "No citizens who register after the commencement of the election may be eligible to vote in it" refer to the scheduled or actual commencement of the election? There's a number of voters who registered after the legal scheduled commencement (midnight last night) but before the election itself commenced (the voting booth was opened).

Regardless, afleitch never registered in the sign-in thread, so there should only be one vote for the Free Alliance.

The RG has chosen the more restrictive definition, so that definition stays.

There is no statutory basis for this, but this is what happens when the law defines necessary, but not sufficient, conditions. Take it up with Turk if you're still angry.
