This isn't the first time they've been to Ferguson. I'm sure they will attract a media storm, a hissy fit from the SPLC, and then run away like cowards when/if rioting begins again in Ferguson.

Well let's imagine that Oath Keepers are the kind of group as sparkey claim they are. Why would Black people join anyway? It's still a bunch of crazy armed White people, they could be the nicest, most tolerant and most well meaning people in the world, and it wouldn't change that, and nobody like the words armed and crazy in the same sentence, when they also belong to another racial group, I think it's not the best fundament to recruit Black or other minorities from.
