FDR clearly.

Dwight Eisenhower apparently.

JFK obviously.

LBJ?

Bill Clinton definitely.

But as far as we know at this point in time we are not aware of any offspring as a result of these affairs.

Thomas Jefferson?

Yes, thank you for pointing that out.   

But I did not include Jefferson for two reasons. One, I was keeping my list to more recent Presidents. Two, I was as well keeping my list to Presidents who have been known to have had affairs, but where no children have been proven to result from these affairs.

As you know, it has been conclusively established that Jefferson did in fact have children as a result of an affair with one of his slaves.

I know you're limiting it to recent Presidents, but John Tyler possibly had an illegitimate offspring(s).
