LOL. The Democratic side is such a clown car:

Corrupt, Elitist old hag
Avowed Socialist
Gaffe Machine VP
Former Politician who no one remembers  (Gore)
Confederate Enthusiast
Random, Mediocre governor whose handpicked successor didn't hold the seat
Unknown party switching freak

Look, Sanders definitely has a chance.

The witch was once defeated by Obama and Sanders is already building a strong momentum accross the US.

The first thing you non-believing guys need to do, is to switch that button in your heads to "Yes, Bernie CAN defeat her". And then he eventually will. In the next months, more and more Democrats and Indys will see the light at the end of that filthy, bloodless tunnel called "Hillary Clinton" and switch over to the "real guy".

If anyone could be uniquely pinpointed as being the biggest roadblock to full equality for women in the modern era, it's her.
I would argue that radical feminists are the biggest roadblock to full equality for women, because if it weren't for them, then Schlafly and people like her wouldn't be able to stereotype all feminists as hairy, man-hating, bra-burning, pro-abortion lesbians.
Misogyny won't help you get girls.

Oldies "you should be forced to carry your rapist's child to somehow punish him" freak1854.
Please stop taking my words out of context.  What I said is that by allowing abortion in cases of rape, you are sending the message to rapists that they bear no responsibility for abusing and impregnating women.  That victimizes women because it allows the rapist to bear no consequence for making the woman pregnant.

A lot of misogynistic content seems to remain unfiltered and uncaught in the status quo. Of course, if we had a like/dislike system there would be no need for any post mines.

Reminds me of Kirstie Alley in "Drop Dead Gorgeous"

"Ooh, I know what some a' your big city-no bra wearin-hairy leggED-womens' libbers might say... they might say that a pageant is demeanin' to the girls.  But I think you'll find somethin' different here in Mount Rose.  First of all.. we're all God fearin' folk... every last one of us... and... ahem... you won't find a 'back room' in our video store... oooh no... that filth is better left to the Sin Cities... aka Minneapolis-St. Paul"

It's hilarious how the people who have a problem with this are fond of being wrong on a number of things.

Indeed. PJ's complaint is a valid one. I am not sure what are SoCons mean by telling me to "grow up" though. My theory is they don't want their own misogynistic tendencies called out.

Can we also add casual racism and extreme failure to understand the basics of how race works?

I agree with Oldiesfreak1854. Offensive, racist, angry, violent, divisive mob. In short: Trash. Unfortunately, they exert too much influence on the Democratic party.

I do kind of wish people would go back to just saying 'sexism' for things that don't actually involve hating women. Whatever happened to that word?

Misogyny is pronounced with a soft g ("juh") but "soggy" has a hard g (as in goat).

We already have a repository for bad post. Nagas is just obsessed with Oldies for some reason. I find it easier to just tune him out.

It takes a great leap to take that incoherent and clueless post of Oldiesfreak's post and come up with anything worth being called "misogyny."

Pass a constitutional amendment allowing Congress to regulate abortion, then ban abortion at all stages except to save the mother's life.  Increase federal funding for adoption services and contraception.

That Wulfric post quoted in the OP is a ripoff of bobloblaw anyway. But I agree that both are sexist.

This comment is only true for Hillary - not for other women. I'm a big champion for women's rights.

It is not misogynistic, as that would mean a post based on a belief that men are superior to women. It is pejorative in that it uses an insulting or disparaging term to describe Hillary. However, the question for Nagas is do you only intend to to put up posts that have pejoratives directed at women or will pejoratives used with men and male candidates go here as well? Why conflate misogyny and pejorative use?

I don't follow the connection between a like/dislike system and the desire for mines. Mines serve to highlight certain posts and keep them in the forefront of threads for longer than they would normally be, and to bring them to the attention of readers who may not frequent the board where the post was placed. Unless the like/dislike system was coupled to a system that sorted posts in a thread based on likes/dislikes instead of chronology then likes/dislikes wouldn't stop the interest in mines. But chronology is usually the most important sort for boards based on current events.

The difference is that this is a specifically gendered pejorative. Nobody would describe Bill Clinton as a "witch".
