Not from the Northeast, but really, the least thing we need is a region gaining independence. What would be the point?

I'm pro-devolution, but independence at this point would be a mess.

Absolutely not. This game has already fallen apart at the seams over the past month; we should be doing everything we can to work together toward the mechanisms of creating something new. If there is sufficient support for such an action during a ConCon or equivalent, then it can be considered, but priority one at this point should be getting us to a place where we can reshape the game as we desire (as opposed to splintering off in the wake of this crisis and leaving everything in smoldering shambles).

I'm admittedly intrigued by the idea; the argument goes that if the N.E. were independent, and maybe other regions too, it would increase the importance of what they do, allow them to reboot if desired, etc. I guess with the wheels of change rolling at a pace slower than that of a snail, I'm interested in the concept.

I don't this THAT often in this place, but I completely agree with Griff.

If you want to keep the game going, the best way to neuter progress is to break it up.

If the Constitutional Convention fails, then maybe this should be considered, but it's definitely not the right step now.

Then please, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, sign the Constitutional Convention. We only need 2 more signatures in the Northeast.

Please sign the constitutional convention petition. You're a statesman and a friend and I beg you to sign it for me, pretty please.
