This amendment has passed the Senate and needs the approval/disapproval of the regions. You can find the debates here.

The Northeast voting booth has been posted, and will be open at 1:00AM Eastern Daylight Time today and close in a week.

In the future, can the Senate please name their amendments with something more descriptive than Amendment to the Constitution?  The name tells us nothing about what change is proposed to be made.
