..and 1 and 2 star votes?  really?  If you're going to troll, at least have the troll balls to post your stupid reasons.

I don't know about the clumps of tissue bit, but yeah, the pay gap (at least with the usual numbers thrown around) is complete BS.  There probably is a pay gap, but it's small and shrinking.  If you think it's 77% (or 81%, depends on which study you misunderstood), then you're easily fooled.

Did you know that a man is 11 times more likely to die at work than a woman?

I know you're new to the internet and everything, but you're not supposed to use youtubes as rebuttal.  And if you do, at least give a freaking summary or description.

..but yes, I watched it when it aired, doesn't change the facts at all.  Men still die 11 times more often than women.  (not to mention all the other negatives men get for doing work women don't tend to do...and not because they are being held back)  Women still take time off for the kids, it doesn't matter that it's not their fault they are women and it doesn't matter that it's not their fault they got pregnant, it is still happening and it will still have pay repercussions.

I'm not saying there isn't a problem at all, I'm just saying that LYING about it doesn't make your side look good.  Sure, it might turn a few sheep, and that's why the lie keeps getting told, but it doesn't make it not a lie.
