And here's Indiana

So basic as the question is, is the Capital literally where it is at? Or are there better places after all?

Three days min. on this one.

Indianapolis is a rather nice city. Not thrilling, but plenty to do downtown with a low cost of living and good jobs (especially in agricultural science fields).

The rest of Indiana is agricultural fields and dying small towns and industrial wasteland. The only redeeming feature of NWI is being close Chicago, but it still sucks here.

Unfortunately I haven't spend enough time in Indiana(polis) to answer the question.
