My question is, if you are for Israel, why aren't you currently living in Israel?

Americans are bonkers for Israel beyond all reason. I like Israel just fine and have visited. Yet there's no reason that your "support" for Israel should matter in a Presidential election, any more than your "support" for Chile or Chad should matter. It's pure craziness.

Considering that American Jews are now being denied opportunities abroad based solely on people's dislike for a country they do not belong to, this question seems more offensive than normal.

It isn't America's concern whether or not Matisyahu gets to play at a Spanish music festival man.

Why the hell do you care about that? If Spanish music festivals want to care about Palestinian statehood, whatever, let them. Poor Matisyahu is doing just fine.

Someone should ask why they aren't living in a refugee camp if they are "for" Palestinians.

Europeans are hilarious.

First, they're super anti-Semitic and they torture their Jewish population.  Then, they kick Jews out of their countries.  Eventually, the majority of the remaining Jews are killed in extermination camps.  The remaining Jews have nowhere to go, and some are actually killed for trying to return to their homes in Europe.

So, Europeans are so mad at Jews for living in Europe that they kill most of them and force the rest out, but then they boycott Jews for living where they forced them out to.

I think this is called victim blaming.

The worst arguments in politics tend to be structured like "If you are so ______ than why don't you go live in ______?"

I always have the thought in the back of my mind that I could move to Israel if need be.

I mean I could move anywhere, but you know what I mean.

I'm not exactly an Israel supporter but this is a terrible argument.

You can have a positive view of a place without living there. By that logic, where would you live if you liked multiple places?

First of all, what does the bloody question mean? Supporting Israel's existence or supporting the current Israeli government policies?

Ugh.....  you can be a fan of a country/its values without living there. Example, I'm a huge fan of America, American culture and its Constitution, yet I've never set foot on American soil.
