You can't be both Catholic and Orthodox Jewish.
The question is not "what are you?" but "which do you most identify with?" Even if you're not orthodox Jewish (or Jewish at all), you can still identify with Judaism.

Wouldn't call myself an Orthodox Jew because I'm not (yet?) fully observant, but I frequently (and solely) attend services in Orthodox synagogues and I believe in G-d, Torah, and the necessity to adhere to halacha (even if I struggle with certain parts of it), so I voted Jewish - Orthodox.
