Loudoun, VA has 239,156 people, according to the Atlas.

There's about 500,000 in El Paso County, CO (home to Colorado Springs, etc.)

It won't be highest or lowest.

Arlington County, Virginia has nearly 190,000, according to the US Census Bureau.

(where i am now)

King County, Washington has over 1.7 million.  counting only Seattle, it has over 560,000 residents.

I don't remember the exact number, but as of 2003 King County is nearly 1.8 million.
