Many of these issues don't even seem that unreasonable to me. +1, I guess.

If I had to guess what the problem was with broken windows policing, it would be that it tends to increase minority exposure to police presence because of socioeconomic factors, which pumps up minority crime numbers relative to white crime numbers, all else being equal. We have to bear in mind that when we say minorities have higher crime rates, part of that has to do with the level of policing happening in the places that minorities are. If white people sell drugs at the same rate as black people, but police presence in minority neighborhoods is much higher, then in all likelihood we're going to see disproportionate numbers of black people arrested for a crime that they don't commit at disproportionate rates.

So Bernie agrees with 8/10 of their points. Why were they attacking him? They didn't know what they wanted?

They didn't attack him. A bunch of random nuts who claimed connection with them attacked him.

Black Lives Matter isn't an official organisation with a clear leadership and paid up list of members. It's a disparate grouping of individuals drawn together by a broad range of issues. Anyone can claim to be connected with this movement.

In that case, who are these people issuing the "policy platform" and who has decided that they speak for the movement well enough to articulate "its" demands?

I'm not surprised that O'Malley and Bernie are the best on this, but it is incredibly surprising that Hillary is about as bad as Republicans on this. I'd like to know how Biden stacks up.

This isn't exactly an objective rating.

Besides, Hillary was asking BLM to come up with policy proposals, so she could then examine them and adopt them.

They're just trying to screw her over because she didn't pander to them.

BLM really needs to turn on Hillary for travelling with her husband to kill Ricky Ray Rector to score political points in the 1992 election.

Pandering is saying whatever will make someone happy.

Not: give them news they don't want to hear, say come back to me when you have an actual plan that I'll then examine and then advocate what I can support, because I value your voice.

The ones they've been screwing over are Sanders and O'Malley if you've noticed.

As much as I don't like Clinton, I think it would be both wrong and politically unwise for BLM to get caught up in defending a double murderer.
