There will be up to 55 votes for it.   Casey, Donelly and Manchin vote Aye; Kirk and Collins vote Nay.

Wow, I am very dissapointed in my Senator.
You're disappointed by something your senator didn't do yet?

I guess I didn't do my research. I assumed shua was referring to Kirk publicly expressing he'd vote against the bill or something of that sort.

Didn't Collins vote for defunding planned parenthood?

I know she isn't pro life but I think someone like her would take the moderate hero stance on this.
