There will be up to 55 votes for it.   Casey, Donelly and Manchin vote Aye; Kirk and Collins vote Nay.

Warner and possibly Reid wouldn't surprise me if they voted Yes (still under 50% though), but as shua noted, it likely would not get you to 60. Wouldn't the president oppose it anyway?

I don't know of anything in Warner's voting history - or in Reid's recent voting history - that would lead me to think either vote yes.

Wow, I am very dissapointed in my Senator.
You're disappointed by something your senator didn't do yet?

I guess I didn't do my research. I assumed shua was referring to Kirk publicly expressing he'd vote against the bill or something of that sort.

No, just a prediction based on prior voting record.
