All of them except Rubio's supporters would go to Trump.
Rubio's supproters would split and one half would go to Trump, the other half to Bush.
Trump won't drop out, so it's moot.

Most of Rand's supporters go to Cruz, some leave the GOP and go to Gary Johnson or just don't vote.

Trump's supporters go mostly to Cruz but I imagine some go to Walker.

Rubio's supporters split pretty evenly between Walker and Jeb.

Santorum's supporters obviously go to Huckabee.

Graham's supporters go to Jeb.

Fiorina's supporters go to Jeb.

Paul -> Stay home, or Cruz.
Trump -> Scattered to the wind.  Many won't bother voting.
Rubio -> Cruz, Bush, Walker.  Bush and Walker are doing terribly right now, but if their campaigns turn around they'll be in the best position to capitalize.
Santorum -> Huckabee, Carson.
Graham -> Bush, Christie (if he's still in)
Fiorina -> Scattered to the win, some will go to Trump (business experience, outsider image)

I know another Cruz-Kasich person.

The only difference is that one talks and one does.

Those you named:

Rand - Mostly Cruz, a few Trump, Walker, Kasich, and a lot to Johnson (like me) or just home.
Trump - Some Cruz, probably a bit to Carson, and lots no longer voting.
Rubio - Mostly Jeb or Walker, some Kasich, maybe a few Cruz. Maybe.
Santorum - Mostly Huckabee, Cruz, maybe some Graham.
Graham - Jeb, Kasich, maybe Huckabee, perhaps even Webb.
Fiorina - probably some Trump, probably a lot Jeb (falling in line).

Other Republicans:

Jeb - Kasich or Rubio--probably all at once.
Carson - Cruz, Trump, Huckabee, stay home in that order.
Walker - Rubio, Jeb, or Cruz. Hard to say.
Cruz - Trump and Walker, maybe some Huckabee or Rubio.
Christie - Jeb, maybe a few Kasich.
Kasich - Jeb, maybe a few Christie.
Perry - Cruz, Walker.
Jindal - Cruz.
Pataki - Jeb, Christie, probably a few Clinton.

Democrats:

Clinton - Biden.
Sanders - Clinton (falling in line), Green Party, not voting.
O'Malley - Clinton.
Webb - Clinton, or maybe a moderate Republican.
Chafee - Chafee will never drop out. He will run as a third-party and win. #TheLandOfLincoln

Rand—Most of the supporters he had have scattered. Whoever is left when he drops out will probably bolt to the LP candidate (Johnson, I'm guessing).

Trump—Most won't vote, some will support Cruz.

Rubio—Probably Jeb since Walker is flatlined.

Santorum—Huckabee if he's still around, Cruz otherwise.

Graham—Lindsey Graham has supporters?

Fiorina—Kasich? I'm honestly not sure who her base is exactly
