1) Brambilla is running for something, or at least was thinking about it.
2) Progressives suck and they lie.

I assume it's too late now, but for future reference, how would I run for something?
I think you just announce it normally... But please do keep checking in! After the mid-terms it will be up to the citizens of the regions to decide when the gubernatorial races will be held. We value everyones opinion.

StevenNick,
It is too late to run for Senate against Lewis Trondheim or JohnFKennedy. You could challenge WildCard in the GOP Primary for governor, but you'll lose. I have already endorsed WildCard, and so is everyone else in the GOP.
In two months you could run against JFK for Senate, in four months you can run against Lewis. I may run against JFK, or against Lewis, I haven't decided yet. I will make my decision after the gubernutorial race is over. All of a sudden, the West is crowded with GOP candidates. You, Brambila, and I all have thought about running.

Supersoulty: I think Texasgurl DID register before Brambila, not sure but I think before JohnDFord as well. And you're right, the Progressives do suck.

texasgurl registered on April 13, at 10:05 pm.
I registered on April 15, at 12:32 am.
Brambila registered on April 15, at 2:29 am.
She is eligible, we are not.

On second thought, Shapeshifter posted the Constitution on another thread in the section and it said voters must register ten days before an election. A loose constructionist, which Shapeshifter must be as a good Progressive, would notice that the election spans from April 23 to April 25. April 15 is 10 days before April 25. If you take a loose enough view of the Constitution, Brambila and I should be allowed to vote.

I guess it is all up to the region. The region can make whatever rules they want pertaining to thier region I think.
