Out of those declared, Adam. Beside, with the greatest possible respect to Clarence, he's been away too long to be properly familiar with the situation.

In reality, Clarence is the ideal candidate, bringing a perfect  balance of experience and freshness to the game.

That's not a bad point. His being away for a while could make him fresher, but he's certainly not inexperienced--which is the downside to most "fresh" candidates.
