My first poll didn't include several candidates (not sure what went wrong), so this is my second attempt. To clarify, I know that only a few of these candidates will run, and there's a chance people not on this list will run. The list is people on Truman's Mideast Record-Courier poll, plus two people who have announced their candidacy or publicly formed an exploratory committee since.
