Bevin is a retread from the KY Senate race. And he was soundly def in that primary. And all state offices will be won by Dems.

The key race is KY and it will tell us about Va & OH. It is a bellweather. Is appalachia  going right or is it still swingy and just as competetive as Rockies, even at presidential level.

Governor races are NEVER bellwethers. Or do you think Republicans have a shot at carrying Maryland next year? And no, Appalachia isn't going Democratic in 2016.

Conway & Strickland are pretty similar; pro gun rights and running against similar guys in Portman and Bevin. Not so scary republicans.

The GOP usually has wide leads along the lines of the way McConnell won last yr. Since it is within margin of error; dems have a chance. So far Bevin cant break away. So, Conway will pull it off then.

I wouldn't rule out nor would I be surprised by a Conway win, however, I just think that the Republican trend finally catches-up to statewide elections in KY this year.

Usually all three races go the same way. But KY sends dems to statewide offices. Conway will win.
