Interesting graph. I think it's very unlikely that the winner won't be one of the first 6.

Looks as if we are getting a reasonable Pub candidate for once, rather than an old establishment drone.

Lol no, you're getting Trump.

If theyre going to take out Trump, the establishment is going to need to use Carson to do it.

As a caucus involves bargaining and shifting support, I could see some of the candidates propping up Carson to deny Trump victory in iowa. A Carson victory in Iowa might take wind out of the trump sails, allowing an establishment approved candidate to win NH etc.

You're getting IA GOP and Dem rules mixed up. GOP just does a vote at the caucus, no shouting mobs in the gym nonsense.

You guys are mad if you think the establishment will accept Ben Carson as the nominee. They'd easily take Cruz and might even take Trump over him.

I am rooting for Carson right nowv in primary. Trump has a huge following among white evangelicals; but Carson will have of a challenge there.

What? Carson is a surefire loser, to be sure, but I'm 100% confident that the GOP leadership would rather nominate Carson and lose than nominate Trump and win. Having a President of the United States of their party that they couldn't control would be a nightmare for them.

That implies the establishment still controls the party anymore.

Carson is a mild mannered doctor. They'd take him any day over half the field.
