Who has more power? Congress or the President?
You can't give the President all the blame or all the credit.
During 6 of 8 years George W Bush had a Republican Congress.
Are Republicans willing to accept blame for all the bad things that happened in those years?
Republicans have not exactly been helpful to Obama during his two terms.
They have pretty much wanted him to fail from day one.

The thing I like least about Fox news is that they can't even admit their own bias.
The more I watch Fox news the less I am inclined to agree with them. They do a far
better job of creating an anti-Fox bias than anybody else.

If the government would cut the defense budget, the deficit would go down. Republicans, generally, don't want to do that. They want to increase defense spending.
