Alright, seeing what I can dig up

Psych: Season 4
The Boondocks: Season 2
Digimon: Series 5
Avatar: The Last Airbender: Book 2
Scooby Doo: Mystery Incorporated: Season 2
La Piovra (The Octopus): Series 4
The Twilight Zone: Season 2
Fullmetal Alchemist (The Good Version, not Brotherhood): "Season" 2
Batman: The Animated Series: Season 2
The Office: Season 6
Doc Martin: Season 4

And when I finish Leverage, I'll add that too...unless it jumps the shark ala Malcolm in the Middle.

My Life as a Teenage Robot: Tough call between seasons 1 and 2.  I haven't seen much of season 3 yet, and a lot of other fans think it wasn't as good, but the episodes I have seen from it seem decent to me.  Still, I'd agree that the first two seasons were better.

ALF: Probably season 2 or 3.

Monk: Probably one of the last two seasons.  "Mr. Monk's Favorite Show" is one of my favorite episodes.

Full House: I don't know which episodes were in which seasons, so I can't answer for this one.

The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh: Season 1, followed by season 4.

24: I don't really have a favorite season

I've only really analyzed one show enough to be confident in an answer:

Community: Season 2 (which I am also pretty sure is the greatest season in all TV history.)

I have good taste so you should pay attention to what I say.

Community: Season 1 (normal)
Mad Men: Season 5
Party Down: Season 2
30 Rock: Season 3
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia: Season 5
The Shield: Season 7
Childrens Hospital: Season 3

I've only really analyzed one show enough to be confident in an answer:

Community: Season 2 (which I am also pretty sure is the greatest season in all TV history.)

The Shirley pregnancy subplot is terrible and the episode where Troy lies about being sexually abused is appalling. Community at its peak was my very favorite show but it ran out of ideas remarkably quickly.

Hmmm.

Cheers: Very hard to say. The show seemed very much like Taxi in the early days, and a lot like Frasier and Wings (both took place in the same universe as Cheers) in the older days. I think I'd prefer season 7 or 8.

24: Season 2 for sure. It's been a year since the event of the first day, Palmer is President and Jack has to go back to try and stop a nuke from blowing up that day in L.A. Simple plot. My favorite character, George Mason also has a very important story-line this season.

Frasier: Definitely the first two or three seasons, since he was more in his Cheers-persona than the snobby Frasier he ended up becoming by the shows end.

Community: Season 1.  (Season 2 and 3 has better individual episodes, but the first was more constant.

Parks and Rec - season 3 (classic plot lines, and Ben x Leslie courtship is the cutest thing

Gravity Falls - season 2 (pretty fun stuff)

Arrested Development - Season 2

(Also guys putting in British shows, in the UK we call 'seasons' 'series. For example, my favourite IT Crowd is series 3.
