Of course Trump doesn't know anything about this stuff. To be honest, I'm sure a good chunk of the people running for the Republican nomination don't know any of this information.
The thing is that the vast majority of voters don't know anything about these people and things either, so they won't hold it against Trump for not knowing about it. He's an "everyman" (who just happens to be a billionaire), that's his whole appeal.
