Send them to Detroit. Seriously. There's a large Levantine population there already, and the city could use the influx. In fact, send a million of these middle class refugees.

Honestly this isn't a completely terrible idea.
Mostly its not a bad idea because there is already a very large middle eastern community in the Detroit area. However resettling the city of Detroit would not work so well since services in the city are terrible.

Rubio says he's "open" to supporting an increase in the number of Syrian refugees the US takes in, so long as there's a screening mechanism put in place to make sure none of the refugees are part of a terrorist organization:

65,000 would not be nearly enough, but it's start. I love how a desire to help those in need somehow makes someone a "bleeding heart." lol
