Mexican. Especially when I can keep it on the veggie side. Tongue And less Americanized/Texas-ized (which is basically heat it up, add salt, add meat, etc.).

I read on a cooking blog where refried beans are the mashed potatoes of Mexican cooking, and I think that pretty much is accurate. But they taste better and are probably better for you.

good Chinese > good Mexican


edit-hell, cheap Mexican is sometimes better than good Mexican...especially if you want "real" Mexican.  Like black food, you want the best, you go to Juan's Casa de Tacos (or Malcom's Ribs), but only if it's really sh**tty looking.  Sure, it's a gamble, but it's usually a winning one in my experience.

Definately Chinese. Love both, but if Mexican has a weakness its that it is, as jim gaffigan once explained (too lazy too link) it's essentially all the same (but a wonderful sameness it is).
