But Bel Edwards was the weaker candidate. Landrieus didn't want to take Vitter on.

Mary Landrieu very publicly hates David Vitter, I don't see why any of the meager amount of cash would go to him.

She should dump it into LA state legislative races, it would have the biggest impact.
