What does feminising the military mean? Pink guns? Frilly uniforms?

These voters are much more typical of Cruz. Trump fans probably can't find D.C. on a map.

In this context, I think it means acknowledging that women are human beings who might possibly contribute something to national defense.

Rofl, look at how these posters are now disowning the GOP base voters.  on average about 40 to 50% choosing Trump as first and second place.  This is about half or more than half of the base if counting Cruz and Carson (whose religious crowd probably believe in the same crazy extreme ideas).  It is the reality for the GOP to believe in this crap.  Almost a stereotype like the liberals would explain everything away using the "social-economical" buzzwords which really meant nothing.

Interesting.  One caveat of this study is that the all male quads has more experienced people in them, while the women were (by necessity) newbies.

Yes. The quote "many of of the male study participants had previously served in combat units, whereas female participants, by necessity, came directly from infantry schools or from noncombat jobs" invalidates the entire study and makes me strongly suspect it was done specifically to get the results it did.
