80%. He's got to be looking at the polls, the fundamentals, and realizing this is the perfect opportunity to run. Plus he's doing a bunch of events that would suggest presidential campaign mode is turning on.

I don't think he has it in him, and I don't think Jill is particularly thrilled about the prospect either. Under 20%.

41-60% is a weird category, but I voted for it. I'll go with around 45% to be exact.

What I want to know is if Biden is the nominee if all this Republicans on the board are actually going to support him in the general? I don't think it will happen. They'll be calling him the same names as Hillary by election day. This Biden love is so fake.

A lot of people claim that they're willing to vote for some "moderate" member of the opposite party early on, until they realize how terrible they are from their POV. I remember a few liberals saying that they wouldn't mind a President McCain in like 2006.

I'd say 30% at most.

Around 20%. There's very little left available in terms of campaign infrastructure, and I suspect he'd only get in if polls start showing him competitive in Iowa and South Carolina.

I voted 41%-60% which means there is 100% chance my vote will be accurate.
If he gets in, I can say "see I told you so", which I can also say if he doesn't run.

25-30%

I don't think the belly-fire for a run is there. I think he thinks he can run and win, but again, it doesn't look like his heart would be in it.

It depends on who the Republican nominee is, but Biden is the only Democrat (besides Webb) who I would be okay with voting for in the event of a Cruz/Trump/Carson nomination. Clinton or Sanders, I hold my nose and vote for the R for the greater good. Biden I trust enough to right the ship for four years.

The poll is just to gauge in most general terms what people think. A precise percentage would be cooler.

I'll say: 51%. We keep getting mixed signals about a potential run from him.

Exactly what I was thinking. However, I lean more to the 50%+ side. Hillary's problems with public trust/her sinking poll numbers and of course his son's dying wish have to be on the forefront of his mind.
He better make that decision quickly, though. Time is running out for him.

Option 2 -like many here, I doubt he really has the 'fire in the belly' to run again for the Presidency especially since he and his family are in mourning over the death of his son.  Although there is still the outside possibility that he might if only as a matter of duty to safeguard President Barack Obama's legacy achievements with Obamacare and the Iran nuclear deal (among others) in the event Hillary Clinton's candidacy falters.

There's at least a 2/3 chance of him running at this point I'd say.

Is it possible to run a successful campaign half-heartedly?
Would he not do more damage than good by entering the race and running a poor campaign?

The talk about whether he runs or not is annoying me a LOT. Is it so difficult to decide if you want to run or not?

Some policians just want to run, if they can win. I would also not run, if the odds to win are poor.
