Chance Biden Runs?

I voted 41%-60% which means there is 100% chance my vote will be accurate.
If he gets in, I can say "see I told you so", which I can also say if he doesn't run.

Exactly what I was thinking. However, I lean more to the 50%+ side. Hillary's problems with public trust/her sinking poll numbers and of course his son's dying wish have to be on the forefront of his mind.
He better make that decision quickly, though. Time is running out for him.
