Yes. Toss them all out. Obama should be working behind the scenes to get challengers to purge them all now.

Yes. Whoever loses the Dem primary in MD Senate next year should primary Cardin in 2018.

Why is Manchin being excluded from this purge? After all, Dear Leader has been defied and examples must be made.

Yes, but not because of the Iran deal. Because they're not that great Democrats. And also because 1) Schumer is a jerk and a toady of Wall Street, 2) Menendez is a crook and also a jerk, and 3) I'm pretty sure Cardin wants to hand off his seat to one of his relatives or kids.

Not sure who I'd want to primary them though.

Because: 1-His state and 2-He made comments implying he was leaning toward supporting the Iran deal at first implying he got permission from Reid to vote against it once it was clear there was enough votes to support it.

I'm not a Democrat, but obviously a non-joke party shouldn't tolerate these three.

Because we can win that Senate seat without him, to be honest.

Of course they should be. Ridicolous. If we can't primary Schumer, fair enough, can we just not have him as the Majority Leader?

They're all in pretty safe D states, so as long as the people who defeat them in the primaries aren't imbeciles, I'm fine with it, I guess. It would also be nice to not have Schumer be the next D leader; I prefer Durbin.

Yes, and so should Manchin. I don't give a  about electability in a red state if the candidate who is "electable" is basically a republican.

It's still better then an actual Republican, for organization of the Senate purposes.

Schumer and Menendez are literal gahbage on a broad range of matters. Cardin is a generic Senator that I am slightly negative on but I don't think he should be primaried off one matter that he probably has his reasons for caring about. Yeah, we could do slightly better, but surely there is better use for those monies.

No, but I don't expect the moron segment of the Democratic Party to be tolerate of some divergence on some issues. Progressives are like Tea Partiers - no thought necessary to spew ideological, dogmatic nonsense.

Manchin is terrible but he's the best we can expect from West Virginia. New York, New Jersey, and Maryland can do better though.

What is Cardin's rationale even?  I understand that Menendez is highly corrupt and about to be indicted, so he is pissed off with the Obama administration and deciding that we are living in a world where they would actually negotiate against America's safety and interests in reaching the agreement.  It makes sense that as he is going to lose his job, he should condone the Republican talking points.

The side that is calling the President of the United States a terrorist for diplomacy is certainly not the one with intellectual, rational arguments.

Menendez because of his legal troubles.

But no, I don't think Cardin and Schumer should be primaried just because they disagreed with the president on one foreign policy vote.

Manchin's a white christian. Menendez is Hispanic, while Schumer and Cardin are Jewish.

Except that these three are blue-state Dems. Tea Partiers put up challengers in Delaware and Colorado.

All should definitely be primaried, yes. Here's to hoping the Obama administration fuels some strong candidacies against these joke Senators.

Hell Yeah! They have no purpose in the party except to be disruptive and frankly annoying. I would say the same for DWS.

That's probably not going to happen.

Schumer has a good chance of being the Democratic leader, so no one in the administration wants the bad blood that comes with backing a primary challenger.

The Iran deal isn't that popular with the population so primary challenges on this basis aren't going to be good for the party's national image.

If things go badly in Iran, it's also not in the party's interests to have made a purity test on these grounds.

I'd imagine there will be primary challenges, but it's more because of the Sanders model than anything else. If a socialist can lead in primary polls, there's an opening for people running as socialist Senators. His campaign apparatus could also result in many current staffers running for office later (See Ron Paul.)

For the record, I have also been calling out the moron wing/Tea Party wing of my party as well.
