Time to go home. Huckabee just compared abortion to slavery.

I don't find this surprising. Hasn't he done it before? I mean, comparing slavery to ObamaCare is outlandish, but abortion is kind of an expected comparison from the right.

You had to know it was coming. Mike Huckabee doesn't think before he talks, he just goes with the flow. If something sticks he'll continue using it.

Jeb Bush says put Margaret Thatcher on the $10 bill.
"Probably illegal but what the heck."
Can't think of any accomplished American women, Jeb?

Cruz actually said we should put a woman on the $20 instead of the $10.

Fiorina and Rubio are doing the best.

Trump isn't his best but not bad. Like the first debate, which he wasn't the best at either, but he still rose to #1 in the aftermath.

Cruz is Cruz.

Christie and Paul are doing well enough they won't be knocked out.

Carson is sleepy. Yet is somehow getting  more popular.

Bush is trying but is irrelevant.
Huckabee is trying but irrelevant.
Walker is irrelevant.
Kasich is irrelevant.

No discussion on:
 * gun violence
 * government reform
 * how to balance the budget
 * how to help the middle class (besides Carson on a living wage)
 * rebuilding our infrastructure
 * College costs
 * Childcare / preK / afterschool programs / summer learning programs
 * sick/parental leave

If I wasn't lazy, I would photoshop this so the guy with the whip is Trump and the guy on the ground is Bush.

Elect another Bush, and we'll have the amazing economic growth of the 3 previous terms of President Bushes.

If Fiorina didn't have such a poor record at HP, she'd have a really good chance at becoming president.

Any possible Democratic nominee is salivating at the prospect. She's as nutty as Cruz, and has a resume that can be boiled down to: I wrecked HP so badly  the board fired me.

You're right. Just today CNN has brought up thousands of HP employees will be laid off. Clearly Fiorina cannot escape her past as CEO of HP if she wants to bring up the economy.

The problem is, she doesn't come across as nutty as Cruz.

Also, I see Trump is trying to come off as conciliatory in his post-debate interview.  I wonder how long that will last.

I end this night by saying just about all of them did wonderful, and Jeb Bush did a complete 180 from his rhetoric beginning. Spoke from the heart, offered his compassion and loosened up and did wonderful.

My three winners for tonight are Fiorina, Bush, and Christie.

Ben Carson could've wrecked Trump tonight. Instead he repeatedly threw him lifelines.

The entire Politico frontpage is plastered with Trump right now. I'm not sure if that's winning or losing for him at this point, but it definitely means nothing bad is going to happen to him anytime soon.
