I declare my intentions to serve as a delegate.

(Can I also propose somebody or I have just one line?)

I declare my intention to serve as a delegate. I didn't back in 2009 and then I ended up part of it anyway. I'd prefer to skip the fashionably late entry this time. Wink

You are running too on the election for delegates. You can't run in both elections.

A friendly advice: let's give a Senator more 1st preferences than the others, because the Senator with most votes should open the ConCon. Smiley

I thought the most senior senator elected did this (that would be PiT).

Now the Senators can sign in the thread in the Constitutional Convention subform.

Kalwejt de-registered from the game, so we have a vacated seat in the ConCon.
48 hours for nominations/declarations from now.

I'd like to remember that Senators Cris, PiT, Lumine, NCYankee, RPryor03 and Harry S. Truman are already delegates. So potential candidates are New Canadaland, JoMCaR and Cassius.

As former President Duke has expressed an interest in joining the Convention as a delegate from the South, I would like to nominate Senator Yankee to replace Kalwejt as the fifth Senatorial delegate. This would create a vacancy in the Southern delegation, allowing Duke to join the convention.

I'm ok with this solution.

This is an excellent idea. I support the nomination of Senator Yankee.
