Because Super PACs are third-party organization that aren't allowed to be associated or collude with official campaigns, obviously. Can't Carly "keep the promise" too? Wink

Here's another theory. Cruz and Trump decided it would be best to have Fornia gain a lot of support, since she could appeal to the establishment. Ideally all the establishment support goes to Fiornia, and she'll be the huge bubble candidate until someone goes after her massive weak spot, her record as HP CEO.

This should be in the news. But, you know, since when has there not been a double standard between Democratic presidential candidates/establishment GOP candidates and Tea Party/crazy right-wing candidates?

Maybe this is to make sure that if Fiorina wins the nomination, she picks Cruz as her running mate.
