There's a been a lot of chatter (again!) this week, though previous boomlets have dried out and led to nothing substantive from the VP. PredictIt has it about 70% that he will run, but this has happened a bunch of times before, and then it dips below 50% when the stories about Biden running don't continue.

I'm leaning towards yes. Just to be there as a strong ready-to-go backup option, even if it's not needed right now.

If he doesn't announce by the end of September then he's not running.

I don't think so, not anymore. He's too late.

It's best to ignore PredictIt for this particular question (and I'm not just saying that because I will lose a lot of money if he runs).

At this point, he only gets in if Hillary totally collapses - and I mean totally. Not "oh, she's not polling as well as she was a couple months ago," but basically no chance of being the nominee. He needs strategists and advisors to abandon other campaigns in order to form one of his own, and that's not going to happen the way the race is currently structured.

85-90% chance he doesn't run.

Biden's indecisiveness is telling and annoying to voters.
