Why not simply merge baseball and softball? The distinction never really made any sense to me. It just seemed to be based on gender.

tbh i'd rather skip the gender distinctions here altogether, and go with a list of sports that must be available to students of all genders

Softball differs from Baseball - due to larger ball and smaller pitch; it was invented to be an indoor game.

Yes, fully support the proposal in spirit and in writing.

I also may draft something on physical education if I get a chance (or may add something to amendments 1). The body and the mind are equally important, IMO. Properly executed phys. ed. should be a core part of education and should be as individualized as possible.
