"Let's all thank Scott Walker for finally giving working people something they want." - John Fugelsang

But in all seriousness, this is wonderful news. Walker is a terrible human being and an even worse governor who would have been one of the greatest stains on human history as president. Since taking office, he has begun a relentless, right-wing attack on working-class folks which cannot be tolerated by any decent person. For a brief moment, workers across America can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that he will not be able to carry out similar atrocities nationally. Regardless, my heart goes out to Wisconsinites who have to stick with this putz for a while longer.

Is it any coincidence that the two least intelligent candidates are out first?

Does anyone doubt that Perry and Walker were the lowest IQ guys in the race?

Trump has a higher IQ than those two clowns combined.

I would put Trump third from bottom....with his second grade vocabulary.

Welp, bye. You weren't horrible in the second debate, but you still didn't impress. At least I feel a little bad for you.

Just like any representative of a single-district state like Wyoming.

His press conference just concluded. After confirming his suspension, he pressured other candidates to do the same but did not mention any names. He made a passing reference to a need for someone to defeat the frontrunner but did not mention Trump by name.

Good to hear. He'd have been a horrible President.

It's always about the money. His burn rate was way too high. He was running a front-runner sized campaign and when his donors saw that 0% in the CNN poll it was over. And apparently he didn't want to do the Super PAC/zombie campaign, probably because the candidate essentially hands over all the power to people he can't legally coordinate with.

It will be interesting to see where his staff goes, especially his IA staff. Will Trump snap them up like he did with Perry staff?

Trump has a strategic mindset, one far stronger than any of the other Republican Presidential candidates.

Massive respect for Walker. His speech was a big middle finger to Trump and sounds like he might endorse rubio

Wow, I guess the Koch brothers saw his falling poll numbers and poor debate performances and decided to pull the plug. I thought he'd at least make it to Iowa, but this is certainly more dignified than staying in and getting humiliated Fred Thompson or Rudy Giuliani style.

Poor Scotty Sad. I mean, he was battle-tested, and the liberal media just...

Aw, who am I kidding!? Good riddance, Koch puppet! I'm not always right, but I'm feeling very vindicated right now, since I wouldn't "admit" back in January/February of this year that he was a "serious threat" and the Democrats should be running scared of him. Even Nate Silver considered him the most likely candidate to win the Republican nomination earlier this year.

All in all, good to see Walker finally getting the humiliation he's had coming for so long.
