I'd just like to see how many Pubs really think the Iran deal can be undone by the next president "on day one."

I would not be surprised if it is undone in 2017.  And this is coming from a Republican who, while having reservations about the deal, thinks that it's better than no deal.

Yes, I think it's here to stay.  There might be negotiations for stronger inspections powers, but it's not going to just disappear.

Only in the sense that Iran will at some point likely breach the conditions of the deal. Unlike my most reactionary friends though, I think it's worth sticking with the deal until then. Why not try it and see if it works? I have confidence we'd know if Iran actually started to breach it. Ripping it up is just foolhardy.

We all know how after Bill Clinton signed the Kyoto Protocol it was here to stay and we totally abided by it, even though it was never ratified as a treaty. Oh wait ...

Essentially, all the next Republican President has to do is catch Iran cheating on one point, and they have reason to tear the deal up like they want. The bigger problem is the rest of the world caring less than the US about Iran not going nuclear.

Of course, I don't think the issue really gets to the next President's desk. It's going to come to a head before that.
