Idk about the others but van der Staaij isn't really far right if you mean Akesson/Wilders far right. His party (SGP) is more of a Christian right party. They are really, really conservative on social issues. I would never vote for them but I have a soft spot for them. Probably because they are fairly constructive and willing to compromise with most cabinets even though they always are in opposition. Our current cabinet probably wouldn't have survived without the SGP.

Anyway, my list:

USA: Kasich

Sweden: Reinfeldt
Netherlands: Zijlstra (VVD) or leave Rutte where he is
Spain: Leave Rajoy where he is
UK: Leave Cameron where he is
Belgium: de Wever, or just leave Michel where he is
