Examples:

First - Hillary, Bernie, Rand, Jeb

Last - Basically everyone else

I would want to be known by my first, probably, because that's what I'm used to.

I think my first name would work better on a campaign sign than my last name, but I'm not sure.

Last, because it's shorter and catchier.

I remembered another factor: my name is getting more popular, and by the time I'm old enough to run a serious presidential campaign, my name might have increased in popularity to the point where it would be like saying "Vote Jim 2016!" So in that case, I'd probably rather use my last name.

First, because my last name is also a word, albeit a fairly innocuous one, and I can easily imagine it being used as a bad pun in an attack ad.

A combination of these two factors:

I remembered another factor: my name is getting more popular, and by the time I'm old enough to run a serious presidential campaign, my name might have increased in popularity to the point where it would be like saying "Vote Jim 2016!" So in that case, I'd probably rather use my last name.

Although I'd use my first name a good bit as well, as a way to appear more down-to-earth.

Aside for being constitutionally illegible, I wouldn't be as stupid to run for President in first place.

I'd use my first name and initials as a candidate, and if I get elected I'll refer to myself as President LASTNAME.

If I had to choose between "Cath" and "Con", I go with the latter, because at the end of every campaign commercial, you could rerun William Shatner shouting "Khaaaaaaan!"as a sort of endorsement.

LOL

How can our vote importance be real when our candidates aren't real?
