First up, looks like Ben Carson had a very good quarter.

And $10M of that is in September alone. I would not be surprised to see Carson being the number one GOPer for the quarter (for actual campaign donations), he was third in Q2 behind Bush and Cruz.

The Sanders campaign is pushing hard in these last 48 hours. See a quote from a campaign email his team just sent out:

Clinton's haul is probably going to be smaller than last quarter, but still respectable.

In a last ditch effort to raise $ before quarter’s end, O’Malley is offering donors the chance to be serenaded by Marty O’M himself:

The Sanders campaign pulled it off. Here's part of a mass email sent out around 2:30 PP.

Carson only has $12 million CoH even after raising 20 million, in the direct mail death trap. Was very surprised the the Hillary #'s very weak especially considering her burn rate, would not be surprised if Bernie ends up with more CoH when she releases it. This probably makes it even more likely of Biden running these numbers are not scaring anyone away.

Hillary is going need to start tightening belts her burn rate last quarter was 40% and she's raising even less. She's been spending several million on ads in NH/IA and I'm sure polling and staffing too, I definitely think Bernie may have more CoH at this point.

Bush expected to beat the $11.4 million he raised in the second quarter, but nothing more specific than that yet:

Also over 1 million donations.
I'm thinking there's a good chance he can break $25 million for the quarter, and $40 million total (together with $15.2 million from Q2).

He probably should raise more than Ben freakin' Carson if he wants to be relevant.

Carson raised $20 million this quarter.  I doubt any of the other Republican candidates will be able to match that.  Does that make Carson the only relevant candidate?

So no word from anyone other than Hillary, Sanders, Carson, and that little about Bush?

The rest are probably embarrassed about their overall hauls and/or unsure of their performance, so they're playing a game of chicken to see which others in their respective "tiers" are going to drop their numbers first so that they have an idea of how (relatively) well they've done. There is a lot of politics in the timing of the release of fundraising totals ahead of schedule; candidates who know they've done well generally release their figures the minute after the quarter ends, while the rest wait the additional week and hope that the bad news is diluted in media coverage to a degree when their figures (and everybody else's) is reported at once.

They raised $2 million since then, and are at $26 million.

I'm still getting emails from the Clinton campaign saying that I have until midnight tonight to donate, so I'm guessing they're just milking it for every last cent.

That's quite a drop from the $7 million raised last quarter.

The article also suggests that the campaign now has $2 million cash on hand.
