The  does question that begs to be asked, is does Massachusetts have a LBJ law provision,  because when I look at the possibility that if Elizabeth Warren were to run for the Presidency in 2024, as she's up for reelection,  could she opt to hedge her bets, or would she have to make a choice.  I keep wondering of John Kerry had opted to run for the Presidency in 2008, could he just have run for 2 jobs at once. Edward Kennedy had been mooted as a possibility in 1976, was the reason he opted not to run, was due that it was to risky (Chappaquiddick Issues) and he would have had to give up his Senate seat. I know it is allowed in Connecticut, Delaware, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Wisconsin.

She will be 75 in 2024.  If she wants to run, it will be in 2020 against a Republican incumbent or as Biden's VP.

I'm not concerned about her age or if she has 2 heads or not.  I was using her as an example.  Let's say Edward Markey runs in 2020, can he run for 2 jobs or not? I'm not interested in if he is that or the other. Couldn't give a toss. If you don't know the answer, then say so!😉
