I'd be shocked. With the amount of money he has and the fact that Jindal/Pataki/Gilmore/etc. are still in the race, seeing Jeb drop out next would come completely out of left field.
I would suspect that the establishment is trying to narrow the field of acceptable establishment front runners so that they can ultimately rally behind one to stop the Trump Train. Therefore, I would expect to see two of the other establishment candidates (Christie, Rubio, Kasich) drop out quickly to support whoever they believe to be the best fit. Rubio would be the most likely one they'd rally around.
