For me: The Innviertel. It's less dusty, with less tornadoes (well, none) and a greener environment. Besides, you are near a big city after driving 20 minutes (Salzburg) or 1 hour (Linz, Munich). In Eastern OK/NE/KS you have to drive hours into a bigger city.
