Trump if you want any shot at winning. Fiorina if you want a candidate who looks like a good fit at first glance. She's an even worse choice than Trump though: terrible business record, flat-out lies continually, and sold weapons to Iran in clear violation of the law.

Fiorina is not only the most establishment friendly out of the three but is also the best debater. Plus she takes away "breaking the glass ceiling" talking point that Hillary has.

I suspect, if it came down to it, the establishment would back Fiorina, which probably gives her the advantage. However, if it has come to this point, I think that implies the establishment has lost complete control, so it may not do her much good.

this is reverse-2012: an outsider consistently leading, and various establishment picks rising and falling in the background. i think trump, like romney, will end up taking it.
