I may be being a bit generous to Sanford in NE, especially NE-3. I also may be too generous with the >40%, since I doubt many will be finding Hillary too liberal. The LP may do well here, though.

Alcon's map is crazily overstating Sanfrod.  This is better, though obviously Ohio and Iowa could go either way:

That's not the point. You seem to think every election will be exactly like 2000/2004. It's very rare for two elections to be so similar.
