Made this thread after thinking how little I hear of Dan Coates. I also think Cantwell, some of the northeastern dems such as Reed, and some of the great plains republicans like Fischer are pretty forgetable. What do you guys think?

Pat Roberts, by a healthy margin.

Boozeman, Fischer, Rounds came to the top of my head, but at least 60-70 of them could fit this category.

There should definitely be more than 3 options, but I chose Risch, Blumenthal, and Enzi. I just thought of Senators I knew absolutely nothing about, and I thought of them. Other contestants:

Markey
Reed
Coons
Carper
Mikulski
Cardin
Kaine
Burr
Coats
Stabenow
Grassely
Blunt
Isakson
Shelby
Wicker
Boozman
Roberts
Moran
Fischer
Rounds
Crapo
Bennet
Udall
Cantwell
Sullivan

So, at least 1/4 of them are boring enough that even I don't know anything about them. Nice job, Senators.

Perhaps you don't hear about "Coates" because his name is actually "Coats".

Also the vast majority of senators are boring generic old men, so I can't really choose.

Carper, Crapo, Coats - "C" must be a boring letter.

About half of them. Pretty all of the ones from the thinly populated states (excluding Bernie Sanders of course). Also the Southern ones tend to be fairly boring.
