Eh, there was like 1 or maybe 2 polls where he was, so who cares. When you aggregate the polls, he's clearly ahead of Biden.

If Biden (who isn't a candidate, and AFAIK, hasn't decided yet) was not included in these polls,  Hillary's support would go up by at least 15%.
