This is tougher than the GOP version ... fellow Atlas posters should convince me.

What were Stevenson's views on social issues (segregation, etc.)?

Ugh, misread the title and voted HHH.

The worst was either Gore or Dukakis. Guess I'd have voted Gore.

Kerry probably would've been a disaster.

Close call between Humphrey and Kerry. Voted Kerry due to the impending disasters in the late 2000's.

Was going to vote McGovern, but after thinking some, Kerry. He's been a horrid SoS, and likely would have been a horrid President as well.

If he was president by the year 2008, the GOP would of won that election in a landslide with the economy crashing. The dems actually dodged a bullet back in 2004.

But then you'd get President McCain handling Arab Spring and the Ukraine Crisis Sad

Adlai could've done by far the most damage. Probably would've ended up with most of Western Europe behind the Iron Curtain.

It's interesting, is it whether they would have been an awful president, or did they have an awful skill set?

I mean Kerry would have had to deal with a recession, and a complete mess in Iraq but that's not his fault-that's just timing

H. H. H. is by far the best. I don't know why anyone voted for him.

To answer the question:

Dukakis, followed by McGovern, Mondale, and then Stevenson.

John Kerry considering the circumstances of what would happen from 2005-2009. Worst of Iraq and of course the economy crashing during election season. Would've been brutal to watch.
