Strongly Agree. A pretty vague question, but its testing a willingness to govern morality.

Thoughout this test, there are quite a few questions that are America specific. Sorry about that Europeans, Canadians, and others, but that's just the way its set up. A forewarning in advance. I will try to modify questions if I can to make them more applicable to everyone (ex: replacing federal with national).

Disagree, what if a person is consentntly getting whipped, a person is consently doing something terrible to another person, anyways government has to guide morality, in my opinion anyway and somethings are so horrible, it is the business of the state.

Yes, this. Although I could see the argument for simply answering "agree" because of the fact that I favor legalization with heavy regulation of prostitution, which would also fall into this category.
